2. Sandwich Buffet $8.50/person

Assorted Sandwich Platter, Fresh Fruit Platter, Fresh Vegetable Platter,
Dessert Squares, Coffee, Tea, and Fruit Punch

3. Cold Cut Sandwich Buffet: $8.50/person

Assorted Cold Cut Meat and Cheese Platter, Assorted Breads and Rolls,
Lettuce and Tomato Platter, Pickle Tray, Pasta or Potato Salad,
Fresh Fruit Platter, Coffee, Tea, and Fruit Punch

4. Lasagna $10.00/person

Lasagna (Florentine and/or Vegetarian),
Garlic Bread, Tossed Garden Salad or Caesar Salad,

5. Plate Service Lunch $10.00/person

6. Platters

Platters are charged per total number of guests. For example,
if you want to have a fresh fruit platter and a meat and cheese platter and
you have 100 guests, the cost is 100 x $6.50, not 50 x $3.00 + 50 x $3.50.

Fresh Vegetable Platter $2.00/person
Sandwich Platter $3.00/person
Cheese and Fruit Platter $3.00/person
Meat and Cheese Platter $3.50/person
Dessert Platter $1.50/person
(Nanaimo Bars, Carrot Cake, Brownies, and Butter Tart Squares)

Plate Service Dinner $17.50/person

Honey Garlic Chicken Breast, Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce,

Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, or Pacific Salmon Neptune

Each additional entree on the buffet is $3.00 per person

The plating fee for your wedding cake is $1.00/person
This the only outside food allowed. You may opt to plate the cake yourself.
