GETTING CONNECTED...
We need a little more then just Sunday don't we? Corporate worship at Cascade is a very important part of our communion with God and others. But, as we grow, Sunday's can quickly become very impersonal. Therefore, we acknowledge and actively promote the importance of small groups. Small groups are usually run out of a home. Some groups study a portion of scripture, others work through a DVD series, and others get into the community and serve. Our hope is that each one would find a place to belong in a small group - where life is lived together - on a personal level. We offer a wide variety of mid-week activities, studies and small groups. Each is intended to help you grow, meet your needs, and give you ways to connect with other people. Come out on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm and participate in the building of your character and calling in Christ. We will be offering programs to deepen your faith and relationship with Christ for everyone. PRAYERAt Cascade we see prayer as the foundation of all our ministries. Prayer is an essential part of the movement of the Holy Spirit through Cascade and we want to make sure that opportunities to pray both privately and corporately are included in the way we do ministry. Evening prayer meetings are held on a biweekly basis. One Saturday a month we meet in the morning. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
WHAT IS re:FRESH?Re:Fresh Wednesdays are a unique way to get connected despite your busy schedule. If you can't commit to an annual group and you only have afew weeks of 'free time' each year then Re:Fresh may be just what you need. We run it on a semester basis (3 semesters/year) and offer different topics each semester. Topics include: women's bible study, membership classes, parenting and marriage courses.
